The Release Course – Seasonal courses beginning with a free session
The free session is open to people interested in getting a taste of ‘release’ and is the beginning of a 6-week journey. After your free session, if you choose to join the The Release Course, you will experience weekly groupwork sessions with a small supportive group. Each session overcomes a different barrier to release through a sensory and creative experience.
You will gain tools and experiences that you can take away, a supportive peer group environment and a deep sense of release.
The first session is free with an investment of £130 to complete the 6-week course. All refreshments, materials and equipment are included.

Release Online – Creative accountability, weekly and monthly release tasks
Are you intrigued with the idea of creative sensory release and would prefer to develop this practice at home or privately?
For a one off, ‘forever’ investment of £20 you can engage in Release Online. This is a personal way of developing release at your own pace. Release Online includes membership to a secret facebook group where I commit to posting weekly ‘facebook live’ videos offering a creative release activity and email monthly ‘release tasks’ for you to try at home. To keep Release Online accessible, this £20 investment may be paid as money or in a service/product, which you provide, which you value at this cost. By engaging in a 4 session mentoring block, or joining The Release Course, you will receive free membership to Release Online.
